Your child can then redeem their tokens any Friday during lunch for a delicious ice cream treat at the ice cream cart. All ice cream is nut-free, with dairy-free options available.

  • Buy Tokens Online: Tokens are available anytime for $2 each on our website.
  • Trade for Ice Cream: Kids bring their tokens to school on Fridays to enjoy their favorite ice cream (nut-free, with dairy-free options available).
  • Birthday Bonus: Every child receives a birthday goodie bag with a FREE ice cream token during their birthday month!

 

Important: For safety, please remind your child not to share their ice cream tokens with others. We want to ensure all kids, especially those with allergies, enjoy their treats safely. We appreciate your understanding!

We Need Volunteers!
This program is completely volunteer-run, and we need your help to make it a success! Volunteers will distribute ice cream during the last 10 minutes of lunch for each grade every Friday. FAQ

How do I buy tokens?

You can purchase them right here on our website! Please visit www.rattlerpta.com for all purchases.

How quickly will I receive my tokens after ordering?

Please allow at least 1 week for delivery. Tokens are delivered almost daily to the school. Once dropped off at the front desk, they are distributed to the teacher’s mailboxes. Delivery to the students is then dependent on when the teachers check their mailbox (and they are very busy!). If a teacher is out or a student is absent, this could delay delivery.

I ordered a token this Friday morning, can my child use it this afternoon?

Unfortunately, no. To help prevent mistakes and lost tokens, all orders need to follow our delivery process and can't be processed the same day as the ice cream cart. The deadline for ordering for guaranteed use within the week is by end of day Wednesday, but even then, delivery by Friday is not guaranteed. Thanks for your understanding!

Do I need to make separate purchases for each student?

No, you can make a single purchase for multiple students. The tokens will be delivered to one child, and from there, you can distribute them as you see fit.

What happens if I lose a token?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost tokens. Please place tokens in a safe place in the student’s lunch box on the day of the ice cream cart so it will be ready for them to use and not get misplaced.

Can we return tokens if we run out of time during the school year?

No. Please make sure to use all your tokens by the last day of the ice cream cart (5/19/25).

Do you have an option for buying the whole class?

No, not at this time, though we are brainstorming for future opportunities.

My child has allergies, what can they have?

Rich’s Ice Cream is a nut-free facility. All additional allergens are listed on each individual bar and the menu boards. There are also three dairy-free options!

What are the birthday bags?

Each student receives a birthday goody bag on their birthday (or half birthday) that includes a token for one free ice cream!
