RES COMMUNITY PARTNERS 2017-2018

Ridgeview's Community Sponsors are an amazing asset to the school and an incredible opportunity to introduce your business to over 500 Keller families.  Your tax-deductible donation helps us meet student and faculty needs that are unmet by the district by helping to fund important educational programs and tools, and we’re so grateful to you for that. Likewise, our year-round promotion of your business to our RES families should help “Keep it in Keller”, ensuring that Ridgeview faculty and families continue to support local businesses and enrich Keller’s local economy. We want all of our Community Partnerships to be mutually beneficial!

As you know… we can only place so many logos on a page and so many tables in a hall…and we limit the number of sponsors to ensure that you are getting the most out of the targeted marketing and promotional activities we do with our student body and faculty!! We have some exciting events planned for our growing student body this school year, and we’re looking forward to including you in those activities! Your tax-deductible donation helps us meet student and faculty needs that are unmet by the district by helping to fund important educational programs and tools, and we’re so grateful to you for that.

All Sponsors who are paid in full by August 31st will have the opportunity to participate in our WILDLY popular back to school Bingo event on September 7th!   This has been an extremely well-attended event the last 2 years, so it will be a great opportunity to reconnect with our existing RES families, as well as meet all of our incoming RES families.  In addition to the new incoming Kindergarten classes…we’ve got almost 100 additional students joining our campus this year.  Between faculty and Students…our numbers are at approximately 800.   You’ll be able to DONATE ITEMS/SERVICES to the BINGO prize pool, as well as conduct drawings and giveaways at your tables.  Many partners traded parent contact information for a chance to win a free month’s lessons or something equivalent at Open House/Science Night last year…which worked well for the partners.     2017-2018 Sponsorship Highlights: Once again… you can count on us to promote your business at our special events, in our digital newsletter, on our website and Facebook page, and in our yearbook. 

Back by popular demand, Gold Sponsors that are committed by 8/15/17 will be featured on a custom Sling Bag each student will receive at our FUN RUN event in September – this is a super fun event that many parents also attend!

Silver Sponsors will be invited to THREE school events…Bingo Night/ annual RES Fall Event /Math & Science Night.  

Gold Sponsors will be allocated a sponsor table at FIVE school events (see below): ·         September 7th - Bingo Night (Early Bird Event…if you sign up now)! ·         September 28th - Fun Run (during school hours) ·         November 2017  – Fall Event (community event after school) ·         February 2018  - Math and Science Night (community event after school) ·         April 2018- Movie Night (community event after school)  * Outdoor dates subject to change due to weather, but they will occur.   2017-2018 Donation Deadlines: All Community Partnership commitments and donations will be due September 30th.
